Sedacca is a practicing Internist with 30 years of clinical
experience and is also a Certified Disability Evaluator. He
is an Associate Clinical Professor at the Thomas Jefferson University
Hospital.
In 2002, Dr Sedacca became Laser Certified by the Laserscope
Company and teaches other Physicians the use of laser technology.
He became trained in Botox/Sculptra/Juvederm by way of an Allergan
approved seminar/hands on treatment program. Allergan is the

Handler, C.P.E. is an Internationally Board Certified Electrologist
in practice for more than 30 years. She has been instrumental
in accomplishing licensing for Electrologists in New Jersey
as Chairperson of the Committee for Licensure for 5 1/2 years.
With the advent of Licensensure, Chloe Handler opened the
Electrolosis Training Institute, a state approved school of
electrology in 1998. She trains students in her field of electrolysis,
how to run a successful business and professionalism. Chloe
is gifted with a profound awareness of skin problems and skin
care.
